Garden Office, Garden Building, Garden Room, Garden Studio, fitted in one day!

Due to Alex and Brian's clever design, your Garden Room is normally fitted in a day. This is one of the major ways that we are able to keep our costs so low. A one day fitting means only one day of costs to us. There are no extra costs to you, if it takes two days, or you live far from our unit. Our delivery is free to anywhere in the mainland. We do however, charge extra for installations on the Isle Of Man, Channel Islands,Guernsey e.t.c. due to Ferry costs.

The Rooms can be fitted on very sloping ground, even on different surfaces, and do not need an expensive concrete foundation, (more cost savings for you) and our new "Low Roof" Garden Room normally does not need planning permission.

Iain says..."The QC2 VF Garden Studio on the left is a 24' x10 with a Flyover and Veranda. Robert who owns the Garden Room said that the nearest equivalent he could find quoted him almost £60,000. Robert paid £18,778.26 and this included a cartridge toilet and sink which required no plumbing. He looked at renting an office in London, but this was going to cost £1000 per month, and this was for a tiny office. At this rate, Robert's new Office will pay for itself in 19 months, plus he has a lovely Garden Room which he and his family can enjoy, and an asset which he could take with him,if he ever moved house. (All our Studios are portable.) As with all our Studios, the £18,788.26 included delivery, installation and VAT. With our unique base, he did not need an expensive (and non eco friendly) concrete base, and he paid no deposit when ordering his Studio. He ordered after visiting another VF Garden Room in London which belonged to Sotos. (see picture below). Sotos had some swinging chairs attached to his 14' x 10' Studio Flyover."

LATEST NEWS: Booths Garden Studios have been awarded a "Smarta" Award with a panel of judges, including Deborah Meaden from Dragons Den and our newest design (see photo on left) will be "Garden Room Of The Month" on a brand new independent website which advises people about Garden Rooms. Feels like it's the Oscars season for us!! The QC2 VF Garden Room was recently installed in Leicestershire. This photograph shows the veranda and flyover, which will allow Janet and her family to sit in the shade on a sunny summers day, overlooking the countryside. Janet will be building a barbeque at her Studio and thus be utilizing an area of her garden which she has never previously used.

"The "QC 2" Garden Room, which the "VF" Studio is based on, rarely needs planning permission and like all our Garden Rooms, can be sited on sloping ground with no expensive concrete foundation and is truly zero maintenance, i.e. no painting or staining is required with this model.

With a steel subframe, double insulated walls and the best specification double glazed windows you can get in the UK, they are a seriously sturdy building. The maintenance free exterior will give years of service and with an interior already complete with electrical sockets, lighting, floor and wall finishes, you can be up and running, doing what you want to do, instantly. Brian has recently increased the specification of the QC windows, which are equivalent to triple glazing. Brian say's this is the highest rating of sealed unit you can get.

We do not have any expensive add ons, our prices include free delivery (anywhere in the mainland), installation, and V.A.T. We do however, charge for delivery to the Isle Of Man, Guernsey, e.t.c. due to Ferry costs. Ask for a quote on this.

We do not ask for a deposit. We are so confident that you will love your new Garden Room, that only once you are 100% happy, do we require payment.

Also, please note that all of the photographs on our website are normal photographs of real Garden Studios. They are not computer generated and have not been photo shopped in any way.

We have hundreds of Studios all over the UK, so simply email your post code, and we will organise a visit to one of them. We don't supply brochures because you can not beat seeing the Studio, "in the flesh". We estimate 90% of the population are within a 30 minute drive of a Booths Garden Studio, and when you are spending thousands of pounds, it's worth a short drive to check your purchase out. The added advantage is that you'll be speaking to another person who has weighed up all the options out there, and has real experience of dealing with us. We don't normally do site visits because they are not required. The versatility of our Base system means there is no need for a site visit. Our Studios can be sited on any and all ground, whether that is grass, soil, gravel, or concrete. However a site visit is required if you intend installing a toilet, as the drainage options would need to be looked at.
