The studio formed part of a major landscaping project that another company were undertaking so we had many questions about specifications, sizes, measurements and positioning. LATEST NEWS: Booths Garden Studios newest design (see photo on left) will be "Garden Room Of The Month" on a brand new independent website which advises people about Garden Rooms. The QC2 VF Garden Studio was recently installed in Leicestershire. This photograph shows the veranda and flyover, which will allow Janet and her family to sit in the shade on a sunny summers day, overlooking the countryside. Janet will be building a barbeque at her Studio and thus be utilizing an area of her garden which she has never previously used. If you have a 4' Veranda (£684.57) & Flyover (£735.66) added to our biggest selling Studio, (£8052.86) then the total cost would be £9473.09

The "QC 2" Garden Room, which the "VF" Studio is based on, rarely needs planning permission and like all our Garden Rooms, can be sited on sloping ground with no expensive concrete foundation.

With a steel subframe, double insulated walls and double glazed windows, they are a seriously sturdy building. The maintenance free exterior will give years of service and with an interior already complete with electrical sockets, lighting, floor and wall finishes, you can be up and running, doing what you want to do, instantly.

We do not have any expensive add ons, our prices include free delivery (anywhere in the U.K.), installation, and V.A.T.

We do not ask for a deposit. We are so confident that you will love your new Garden Room, that only once you are 100% happy, do we require payment.

This QC2 VF had "Windows On 3 sides", but we can supply with windows on 1 side or 2 sides.
Office fitted in one day!

Due to Alex and Brian's clever design, your Garden Room is normally fitted in a day. This is one of the major ways that we are able to keep our costs so low. A one day fitting means only one day of costs to us. There are no extra costs to you, if it takes two days, or you live far from our unit.

The Rooms can be fitted on sloping ground, even on different surfaces, and do not need an expensive concrete foundation, (more cost savings for you) and our new "Low Roof" Garden Room normally does not need planning permission.

Checkout Henley offices at http://www.henleyoffices.com . They do list prices, (many sites don't) e.g. their Henley Stanza Milton garden office is £10,545.62 including V.A.T. but you pay extra for delivery if you dont live in the south. This is 3m x 3m internal dimensions.

"Inside Out" buildings reside at http://www.iobuild.co.uk where you request a price list, but they do say prices start at £22,600 including V.A.T. plus foundations. This is for a 2.8m x 4m office (external measurements) building.

http://www.roomsoutdoor.co.uk don't have prices listed on the website but by request, start at £13512.50 including V.A.T. for the "Solo" version (3m x 3.4m I presume). Their "Shomera" model looks more like a Booths Garden Studio and they start at £23323.75 including V.A.T. (3.5m x 4m). (prices correct at 15th Aug 2008).

Our smaller offices are perfect for those living in the city, with a small garden, where access is difficult. Our offices don't have to be "Craned in", since the components can be taken through a house or flat. We have fitted many of this style in the London area, where extra living space is at a premium.
