The "Q" or "Quarter" Century Garden Office has a life expectancy of up to 35 years for its exterior fittings.

No staining or painting is required for this model. The UPVC double glazed frames and Light Oak Pillars mean you can concentrate on what you do in your Garden Office, rather than worrying about what the British weather is doing to your asset.

Alex Booth & Brian Connellan have combined their many years of experience to design our latest "QC" Garden Room.

Alex has been designing Garden Rooms and fine tuning their design for more than 5 years, whilst Brian designed one of the first conservatories to attain a British Standards Institute Commendation. Only 2 conservatory designs have achieved this standard of excellence and Brian's was one of them.

Alex and Brian have combined their talents to give us the "Quarter Century" Garden Room. The "QC" is a modern contemporary design using the most up to date materials available. This means you can now buy from Booths Garden Studios, Garden Rooms designed for todays busy lifestyle. Virtually everything you need from a 21st Century Garden Room, at an affordable price, with none of the maintenance worries.

The "QC" will usually not require planning permission in your garden.

The "QC" design critera were:

Affordability - as with all our Rooms, we aim to make a Garden Office a luxury that anyone can afford. VAT is already included in our price list. We do not try to make our Garden Rooms appear cheaper by excluding the VAT. Plus we are now looking at rental of our Studios for those who can't afford the initial outlay. (ask for details)

Long Life Design - the use of modern materials means your "QC" will probably outlive you.

No Planning Permission Required - keeping the design at the maximum height allowed of 2.5 meters means in 90% of cases, the room can be installed in your garden without the cost and delay that planning permission requires.

Contemporary Bespoke Design - The "QC" is in a price bracket that would normally buy you what looks like a shed. This is because thats exactly what garden cabin designs were originally - shed's, which were converted to varying degrees. The "QC" has been designed from scratch to give you a stunning, affordable, insulated Garden Room that will make you the envy of your friends and neighbours.

Secure - the use of insurance rated locks, double glazed windows (which are the best specification you can get - equivalent to triple glazing) and Steel within the design make this a very secure and strong building.

Free Delivery- our prices include free delivery to anywhere in the U.K. We avoid "add on's" which bump up the cost, where ever possible. We do charge extra for delivery to the Isle Of Man, e.t.c. Ask for a quote.

Full Installation - full installation by our dedicated fitting team with studio base supplied by us. You do not need the expense or inconvenience of a very un eco friendly, concrete foundation, and fitting will normally take 1 day. Possibly 2 days for the very large versions.

Internal Electrics - we include electrical double sockets and Internal wall lighting for your convenience, and at no extra cost. (cont in next column)

Internal finishes complete - the walls and ceiling are finished to a high standard such that you can get on with what you want to do, from day one.

Laminate Floor - the "QC" features a hard wearing V Groove laminate flooring, again at no extra cost.

Unique 11 Year Warranty - and the "QC" carries our "If you are not 100% happy with your Room on the last day of installation, we will take it away at no cost to you" guarantee. As far as we are aware, no other supplier gives this peace of mind guarantee. Plus we do not ask for a deposit. Why should you pay for something you haven't yet got? Payment is only required once your Studio is installed and you are 100% happy.

Fuse box/Consumer unit - the fuse box is already installed in the QC with the correct connections, ready to hook up to your electric supply.

Portability - the "QC", like all our designs, is designed to be portable. If you love your QC as much as we think you will, then you can take it with you if you have to move house. Alternatively, add the value of the QC to the selling price of your house.

We have just moved it and it is though someone came round and picked it up and just put it just where we wanted it! The lads who moved it were fantastic, could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable and have done a fantastic job, it is exactly as it was just in a different place. It took them a under two days to dismantle and re-erect, and that included them travelling from Northamptonshire up to Lancashire.
