"I dread the thought of the mess & stress of an extension, builders not turning up when they should, the dust, planning permission, it costing a fortune, even for a small extension. I wish I could get the space I need, in a day or 2, tops, with no planning permission required, and without the need for an expensive foundation. I've looked at Garden Rooms, but the cheap ones look like sheds, and the expensive one's cost the same as the house extension. I don't want an upmarket shed, and I don't want to remortgage the house, just for a bit more space. I do want it to be all finished though, i.e. flooring, walls finished, lighting installed, electric sockets installed. I don't want to pay for a load of "extra's" which double the price, I want what I need at the first price quoted, and I want it to last at least 25 years and ideally, I want a beautiful airy space, which will be an asset I could take with me if I move house, or sell it on at a good price. Is this too much to ask?"

Welcome to Alex's "Q Century" Garden Room featuring exterior materials requiring truly no maintenance.

No staining or painting is required for the QC. The UPVC double glazed frames and Light Oak Pillars mean you can concentrate on what you do in your Garden Room, rather than worrying about what the British weather is doing to your asset.

 
Birth of the QC

Alex Booth & Brian Connellan have combined their many years of experience, talent and contacts,to design our latest "QC VF" Garden Room. (see photo on left - V for veranda, F for Flyover.)

Alex has been designing Garden Rooms and fine tuning their design for more than 6 years, (thinking about it a lot longer than that,) whilst Brian designed one of the first conservatories to attain a British Standards Institute Commendation. Only 2 conservatory designs have achieved this standard of excellence and Brian's was one of them.

Alex and Brian have combined their talents to give us the "Quarter Century" Garden Room. The "QC" is a modern contemporary design using the most up to date materials available. This means you can now buy from Booths Garden Studios, Garden Rooms designed for todays busy lifestyle. Virtually everything you need from a 21st Century Garden Room, at an affordable price, with none of the maintenance worries.

The "QC" will usually not require planning permission in your garden.

The "QC" design critera were:

Affordability - as with all our Rooms, we aim to make a Garden Office a luxury that anyone can afford. VAT is already included in our price list. We do not try to make our Garden Rooms appear cheaper by excluding the VAT, and we don not require a deposit. You simply pay once your Studio is installed, and you are 100% happy. This way, your money can earn a touch more interest in your savings account.

Long Life Design - the use of modern materials means your "QC" will be around for a very long time, and it's great looks will not change, unlike a wooden building.

No Planning Permission Required - keeping the design at the maximum height allowed of 2.5 meters means in 95% of cases, the room can be installed in your garden without the cost and delay that planning permission requires.

Contemporary Bespoke Design - The "QC" is in a price bracket that would normally buy you what looks like a proshed. This is because thats exactly what garden cabin designs were originally - shed's, which were converted to varying degrees. The "QC" has been designed from scratch to give you a stunning, affordable, insulated Garden Room that you simply cannot get from anywhere else.

Secure - the use of insurance rated locks, double glazed toughened windows and Steel within the design make this a very secure building.

Free Delivery- our prices include free delivery to anywhere in the U.K. Yes - anywhere including Scotland and Wales. We avoid "add on's" which bump up the cost, where ever possible.

Full Installation - full installation by our pro fitting team with studio base supplied by us. You do not need the expense or inconvenience of a concrete foundation, and fitting will normally take 1 day. Possibly 2 days for the very large Studios. (cont)..

Internal Electrics - we include electrical double sockets and Internal lighting for your convenience, and at no extra cost.

Internal finishes complete - the walls and ceiling are finished to a high standard such that you can get on with what you want to do, from day one.

Laminate Floor - the "QC" features a hard wearing "V Groove" laminate flooring which looks very authentic, and again at no extra cost.

11 year warranty and the QC carries our unique "If you are not 100% happy with your Room on the last day of installation, we will take it away at no cost to you" guarantee. No other supplier offers this, that we know of.

Fuse box/Consumer unit - the fuse box is already installed in the QC with the correct connections, ready to hook up to your electric supply.

Portability - the "QC", like all our designs, is designed to be portable. If you love your QC as much as we think you will, then you can take it with you if you have to move house. We recently saved one of our customers, £8537.75 because we moved his Studio at a cost of £1200, which meant he did not have to buy another Studio.
