“Excellent: communications, sales,website, plans, timing, professionalism, installation, price, overall design and concept.”

Jeff said…”Nothing springs to mind !”
Iain asked…“What could we do to improve?”
Jeff said…”Not a lot. Possibly check if the window manufacturers
can fix a ‘stay’ to the french windows to prevent them blowing back in
the winds; if poss, make the joining lath between panels even thinner to make it almost a seamless join ? ; design the 4 down spouts so that the outlets can be positioned at any height so as to accommodate varying levels of surrounding terrain ?”

Jeff said…”Didn’t bother with other suppliers as your site suited us in every respect, especially, no payment until satisfied with the job…shows alot of confidence in your product and trust in prospective customers.”

Rob Taylor emailed on Aug 4th 2010 Hi I just wanted to give you my feedback on today's installation of the garden studio in my garden. Yesterday was a difficult day for the installers who had to get up very early in the morning, unpack the vans and then unfortunately travel back to the workshop when they realised one of the base sections was too short. These things happen but the installers' professionalism was exemplary. Today was much smoother and all went to plan. The guys just got on with the job and the end result is superb. I am delighted with the quality and finish of the studio and it is exactly what I was hoping it was going to be. I will certainly recommend your firm to other people. thanks again Rob Taylor ===
