The QC2 VF above right,is a 24' x10 with a Flyover and Veranda. Robert who owns the Studio said that the nearest equivalent he could find quoted him almost £60,000. Robert paid £18,778.26 and this included a cartridge toilet and sink which required no plumbing. He looked at renting an office in London, but this was going to cost £1000 per month, and this was for a tiny office. At this rate, Robert's new Office will pay for itself in 19 months, plus he has a lovely Garden Room which he and his family can enjoy, and an asset which he could take with him, if he moved house. As with all our Studios, the £18,788.26 included delivery, installation and VAT.

Hi Iain!

We are absolutely delighted with the studio and with Booth's Garden Studios. The studio is cosy, spacious and is fitted with plenty of electrical sockets. We are very impressed with the service and helpfulness of all the staff at Booths that we have had contact with and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an extra room in the garden. We have shown the studio to quite a number of people and they are equally impressed - if anyone wants to look at Jenny's studio if they are thinking of buying a studio we would be very happy to show any one Jenny's 'palace'!
