Charlie's QC2 Studio above, is a 12' x 10' with "windows on 2 sides". Cost of this Truly Zero Maintenance Studio is £8397.20 plus in the case, £947.70 for extra windows and door. Most of our customers only have windows/doors on 1 side.

With an internal floor measurement of 3660mm x 3050mm, the 12' x 10' Studio was our biggest selling Studio in 2009.

The photo on the left shows a 12' x 10' QC2 Studio with "windows on 2 sides". Cost of this truly zero maintenance Studio is £8397.20.

If you want the 2nd set of windows, the cost is £702.70 without a door (just windows) or £947.70 with a door, (as in the photo).

The Timber LoLine Studio is slightly cheaper at £7997.33.(3rd photo down on right.)

The 12' x 10' Studio has an external size of 14' x 12'. (just add 2' to our internal sizes to get the external sizes.) The 12' x 10' size is a popular size for good reason. I recently visited one of our customers and as you walked in his Studio, he had his office on the left, (designing theatre sets for London theatres,) and a double bed on the right! And it didn't feel cramped at all.
