The "Q" or "Quarter" Century Garden Room has a life expectancy of 25 years for its exterior fittings.

No staining or painting is required for this model. The UPVC double glazed frames and Light Oak Pillars mean you can concentrate on what you do in your Garden Room, rather than worrying about what the British weather is doing to your asset.

Alex Booth & Brian Connellan have combined their many years of experience to design our latest "QC" Garden Room.

Alex has been designing Garden Rooms and fine tuning their design for more than 5 years, whilst Brian designed one of the first conservatories to attain a British Standards Institute Commendation. Only 2 conservatory designs have achieved this standard of excellence and Brian's was one of them.

Alex and Brian have combined their talents to give us the "Quarter Century" Garden Room. The "QC" is a modern contemporary design using the most up to date materials available. This means you can now buy, or rent from Booths Garden Studios, a Garden Room designed for todays busy lifestyle. Virtually everything you need from a 21st Century garden room, at an affordable price, with none of the maintenance worries.

The "QC" will usually not require planning permission in your garden.

Affordability - as with all our Rooms, we aim to make a Garden Room a luxury that anyone can afford. VAT is already included in our price list. We do not try to make our Garden Rooms appear cheaper by excluding the VAT. With our rental models, you pay for installation and then a small weekly rent that virtually anyone can afford. Long Life Design - the use of modern materials means your "QC" will be around for a very long time.

No Planning Permission Required - keeping the design at the maximum height allowed of 2.5 meters means in 90% of cases, the room can be installed in your garden without the cost and delay that planning permission requires.

Contemporary Bespoke Design - The "QC" is in a price bracket that would normally buy you what looks like a shed. This is because thats exactly what garden room designs were originally - shed's, which were converted to varying degrees. The "QC" has been designed from scratch to give you a stunning, affordable, insulated Garden Room that will make you the envy of your friends and neighbours.

Secure - the use of insurance rated locks, double glazed windows and Steel within the design make this a very secure building.

Free Delivery- our prices include free delivery to anywhere in the U.K. We avoid "add on's" which bump up the cost, where ever possible.

Full Installation - full installation by our dedicated fitting team with studio base supplied by us. You do not need the expense or inconvenience of a concrete foundation, and fitting will normally take 1 day. Possibly 2 days for the very large versions.

Internal Electrics - we include six or more electrical double sockets and Internal wall lighting for your convenience, and at no extra cost.

Internet & phone boxes - internet and phone blank plates are included so that your communication systems can be quickly installed.

Internal finishes complete - the walls and ceiling are finished to a high standard such that you can get on with what you want to do, from day one.

Laminate Floor - the "QC" features a hard wearing laminate flooring, again at no extra cost.

12 Month warranty - the "QC" has a full year warranty on all it's components and carries our "If you are not 100% happy with your Room, we will take it away at no cost to you" guarantee. On the final day of fitting, we give you a "checklist" which you must fill in; we will not accept payment until you have completed this check list and are 100% happy.

Fuse box/Consumer unit - the fuse box is already installed in the QC with the correct connections, ready to hook up to your electric supply.

Portability - the "QC", like all our designs, is designed to be portable. If you love your QC as much as we think you will, then you can take it with you if you have to move house. Alternatively, add the value of the QC to the selling price of your house.
