Iain says…” We are all really excited about the New Garden Office VF Studio. (The V is for Veranda Decking and F is for Flyover.)

It features UPVC decking which is safer than timber decking (far less slippy) and a Flyover for protection from sunshine or rain, and is Truly Zero Maintenance, and Extra Long Life.

All prices include delivery, installation and Vat, and as with all our Studios, no expensive foundation is required. Luxury led internal lighting, flooring, and all electrical sockets are included.

The QC2 VF above is a 24′ x 9′ with a Flyover and Veranda. Robert who owns the Studio said that the nearest equivalent he could find quoted him almost £60,000. Robert paid £20642.62 and this included a cartridge toilet and sink which required no plumbing.

He looked at renting an office in London, but this was going to cost £1000 per month, and this was for a tiny office.

At this rate, Robert’s new Office will pay for itself in 21 months, plus he has a lovely Garden Room which he and his family can enjoy, and an asset which he could take with him, if he moved house.

As with all our Studios, the £20642.62 included delivery, installation and VAT.

is our mid priced biggest selling Garden Room, the New QC5 Loline Garden Studio which features Truly Zero Maintenance and Extra Long Life exterior. If you have a busy lifestyle, this is the model for you. The exterior does not need any painting or staining and comes with our unique, 11 year guarantee and a manufacturers lifespan of 35 years. Plus, because it is 2.5m in height, you normally wont need planning permission.

All prices include delivery to anywhere in the UK, installation and Vat. (We do charge for extra costs, like the Ferry, to Isle Of Man e.t.c.)

Our “Lo-Line” Garden Studios normally do not need planning permission

Note: When reading the price list, the sizes on the left hand side of the table, marked ‘Windows’, represent the width of your office. This is where your door, and windows will be situated. The sizes at the top of the table, marked ‘Walls’, will dictate the depth of your office.

Big thank you to all of you for delivering all your promises !
Our expectations were high after reading your excellent sales pitch and your product and service were first class from start to finish.
Alan assisted by Graham could not have been more helpful on the day of delivery which went very smoothly. We did need to replace one set of the 3 pin sockets which did not work but this was easily solved by our electrician.

Note:  The above prices are for windows only. Add £370 if you require a door with your 2nd set of windows or if you want an extra door in your Studio frontage. Also note that we deduct the costs of any parts not used for your Studio configuration, e.g. If you have a Window which is replacing a wall, we deduct the cost of a wall panel (£150).
