If you have a busy lifestyle, this is the model for you.
The exterior does not need any painting or staining to look great and comes with our unique, 11 year guarantee and a manufacturers lifespan of 35 years. Plus, because it is 2.5m in height, you normally wont need planning permission.
All prices include installation and Vat. We charge £120 delivery within 120 miles and £2 per mile after this regardless of size of Studio (We also charge for extra costs, like the Ferry, to Isle Of Man e.t.c.) The QC5 now complies with Building Regulations and is perfect for Granny Annexe, Granny Flat’s, Large Gyms combined with a Garden Office, and is the only Studio in the UK that is portable, so if you’ve spent £30k on your perfect “extra quality living space”, you can take it with you if you move home, or you can sell it if your circumstances change – no other Garden Studio in the UK is designed to do this. The value of your QC5 will not depreciate the way every other suppliers Garden Rooms will. It remains an asset “on your books” for the rest of your life.

Note: When reading the price list, the sizes on the left hand side of the table marked ‘Windows’ are the front of your Garden Studio. This is where your door, and windows will be situated. The sizes at the top of the table marked ‘Walls’ are the depth of your Garden Studio. These are internal sizes – (just add 650mm or 2′ 2″ to get the exterior sizes.)

I am really sorry that I haven’t been in contact before now, I must have been so busy using my fantastic studio that I forgot.
Seriously though I am so pleased with the studio, it is really great for my art and everyone who has seen it say how smart and well built it is. It certainly looks well in the garden.
I have been using it throughout the winter and was pleasantly surprised how well the heater/aircon. unit works and I really like the blinds you fitted, they do a great job.
I have started giving art tuition, something I could never have done without the studio.
so thanks once again for a brilliant product and feel free to contact me if anyone in my area needs to view a studio.
Here is a photo of the studio, just realised I haven’t taken any of the interior now it is kitted out, I will send some to you soon.

The QC LoLine is the Biggest Selling Zero Maintenance Studio in the UK.
We sold 121 QC’s in 2011 and Alex & Brian have improved this years model further still.
A quick list of improvements for you are…
1. The internal Double Sockets and Light Switches are an upmarket “Brushed Aluminum” finish which replaces the normal white plastic sockets.
2. The Internal Lighting is the latest down lighting, again in a Brushed Aluminium finish to match the other Studio fittings. These lights have a lifespan of 75,000 hours and use very little electricity, thus lowering your bills. They are the future of lighting in the UK.
3. The internal roof space does not slope. This means an “airer” feel to the Garden Studio and is especially convenient if your a gym users where you are concerned about bumping your head whilst on your Treadmill.
4. The QC5 can have a Sedum Roof – great for the environment and nicer to look over for you and your neighbours. You can also have a “Gravel” Roof which is very attractive to look down on from your Bedroom Window or your neighbour’s looking down from theirs.
5. The QC5 Full length Windows Tilt for fresh air ventilation.
6. The QC5 has more Windows Options with “Half Windows”, “Large 6ft square Windows”. Also “French Doors” & “Inset Windows” for Bathrooms are now possible.
7. The QC5 has extended colour options and combinations – You could have Black Pillars & Ring Beam with Grey Windows and Grey Walls for example, for a modern contemporary look.
8. With the QC5 you can have a door or window, wherever you want. Alex & Brian have designed this flexibilty in.
9. The Rainwater Down Pipes are mostly invisible so the Studio looks great from any angle.
10. Roof Lights are now an option. If your Garden Studio is in a shaded area in the garden and you need extra daylight, the Roof Lights will fit the bill.
