The QC5 VF4 with Flyover Roof and Veranda Decking”

Iain says…” We are all really excited about the New QC5 VF Garden Office/Summer House/Granny Annexe/Granny Flat (The V is for Veranda Decking and F is for Flyover.) This unique Garden Studio  features UPVC decking which is safer than timber decking (far less slippy) and a Flyover Roof for protection from sunshine or rain, and is Truly Zero Maintenance, and Extra Long Life. (Please note that Red Cedar is often described as zero maintenance which is not true – if you want to maintain the look of Western Red Cedar, you must treat it, and treat it straight away – otherwise it becomes an even bigger job. You can see more information on this here, at the bottom of that page) All prices include installation and Vat, and as with all our Studios, no expensive foundation is required. Luxury led internal lighting, flooring, and all electrical sockets are included, now upgraded to Brushed Aluminium finish. Delivery is £120 up to 120 miles and £2 per mile after that. Customer Comments…The QC VF above is a 24′ x 9′ with a Flyover and Veranda. Robert who owns the Studio said that the nearest equivalent he could find quoted him almost £60,000. Robert paid £21272.44 and this included a cartridge toilet and sink which required no plumbing. He looked at renting an office in London, but this was going to cost £1000 per month, and this was for a tiny office. At this rate, Robert’s new Office will pay for itself in 21 months, plus he has a lovely Garden Room which he and his family can enjoy, and an asset which he could take with him, if he moved house. As with all our Studios, the £20642.62 included installation and VAT. ===

VF Studio In Snowdonia

Customer Comment… The VF Garden Studio above belongs to David. David works in London but has a holiday home in Snowdonia. David said he was going to build a structure in his holiday home garden, until he saw our advert in The Sunday Times, after which he thought it would be easier, quicker and more professional to have us build it for him. The VF Garden Studio he had features a 4′ (1220mm) Flyover Roof on the frontage and a 12′ (3640mm) Flyover Roof to the side. The Side Flyover gives him a 16′ x 12′ covered area for eating and socialising. (see photo below with Alex). He also specified 3 sets of French Doors and Flyover down lights so on a warm summer evening, his family can enjoy the Garden Studio to it’s maximum.   === Iain says… The VF is our most expensive Garden Studio but quickly becoming one of our most popular especially now that it is within the 2.5m “permitted development” height limit with the New QC5 design from Alex & Brian and great news that it now complies with building regulations. Apart from it’s stunning looks the VF Studio adds some major benefits for you. The Flyover Roof protects you from rain so on a typical rainy british day, when you are unlocking your Garden Studio door, with a valuable Laptop in your hand, then it won’t get drenched/damaged while you are looking for your key. The Flyover protects the Studio frontage from the midday sunshine which keeps the Studio cooler and more comfortable. This also means you can work with your Laptop (as I do) out on the Decking and still see the screen. The Flyover and Decking provides a social area where you can centre family events or business meetings.
